This Unit deals with patients which require continuous treatment/ medication and observation by admitting them in the wards for a certain period of time until recovery. It is divided into four Sections as under:
Canine Ward/ Section
This section will house/ admit the canine (dog) patients only.
Feline ward/ section
The Feline ward/ section will house/ admit the feline (cat) patients only.
Isolation ward/ section
The isolation ward will house the animals which are suspected or suffering from contagious diseases to prevent spread of infection to other animals.
Critical Care Section
The Critical Care Section (CCS) will house critically sick patients to provide advanced treatment and care. The following staff are proposed to provide Critical Care services round the clock in a shift based system:
